This guide will walk you through steps you need to efficiently get your Store and Donation Portal up and running on splitShops after you have found your store on the Organization Finder and Claimed your Store by clicking the button and following the prompts.

Once you have been approved to manage your store and donation portal, follow these steps:
- Set up your Donation Links
Visit your organization's Settings page.

For your Store to work, you must sign up with Givinga Foundation: , our Platform Charity. This makes it possible for donations to be sent to your organization.

For your Donation Portal to work you may sign up with any one of the following:

- Zelle: ,
- PayPal Giving Fund: or
- Venmo:
We recommend you sign up for all the above payment gateways to minimize your fees and to increase the options for ways that your donors can give.

You may already have a PayPal Giving Fund link. Please click on the link and make sure the link works, it is to the correct organization, and that your organization is signed up with PayPal Giving Fund. The page won't have this notice if your organization is signed up:

Confirm your organization's
- Information and
- Addresses .
Click on the pencil on each of these sections the Settings page to edit this information.
Within Information the Description will appear on the Store and Donation Portal.
In the Assets section upload a Logo. Your logo will appear on the top and bottom of your Store and Donation Portal and in the Organization Finder.
- The maximum size of the image is 4MB.
- It may be in these formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP.
- Ideal dimensions: 100 pixels wide by 50 pixels high.

Pro Tip: It is easiest to handle this process on a desktop or laptop computer.
Click on the button that says: Manage Category Availability: You will find it under the Filter Products section.
- On this sidebar you will see all of the available Categories of products and the Ages that those products are suitable for. From there you can add or remove broad swaths of products. Turn the categories and ages of product you want on: and the ones you don't want off: .
When you are done selecting Ages and Categories, click Save.
Then, from this main Products page, you can remove individual products.

-So, for example, if you operate a elementary school, after you have broadly managed the categories you want and the ages that are appropriate, then, here, you can choose the products you don't want and remove them by clicking on the next to each product. The products you don't want will appear in the Excluded Products section. - Promote your Shop and Donation Portal
When you claim your store and donation portal and set it up to be ready for your supporters following the instructions above, we will give you a little boost by putting your store toward the top of the search results on our Organization Finder page.

- You can keep track of donations from the sale of products in your Store and from your Donation Portal within the Donations section.
- You can add / remove users from the Users section. Users you add will have full access to administer the store, so make sure the people you add are trusted.
