What do we do if our organization does not wish to have a store on splitShops?

We will promptly remove your organization's store and donation portal upon your request. Please note, stores and donation portals do not process payments until and unless an authorized representative claims their store and donation portal and has been authorized to operate the store and donation portal.

To make a request to shut down your store and donation portal, search for your organization from our homepage. Click "Claim" to claim your store. 

In the text box where you describe your "Relationship to this Organization," provide any special requests you have about your store and donation portal. This is where you would request that your store be removed.

Upon receipt we will verify your relationship to the organization and promptly shut down your store and donation portal.
