Our products ship within 1-3 business days of your order.
Everything in our store is sent from the United States with American workers doing all of the labor to get your products to your hands as quickly and safely as possible.
Because we strive to get donations in the hands of schools as quickly as possible, we must put a limit to when refunds can be provided.
Damaged products may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Returns can be processed within the time period on each product's page. Most products can be returned with 21 days. All products must be returned with original labels affixed and in new condition.
Some products, like food, candy, seasonal items, clothing and personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds cannot be made of funds that have been granted to organizations. Once you make the donation, the donation is automatically and immediately granted to our Platform Charity, Givinga Foundation, by our payment processor. The funds never hit splitShops accounts. Our Platform Charity then forwards the funds to the organization you select. Givinga Foundations does not give refunds.
As a general rule and except under extraordinary circumstances, we do not ask for funds to be returned from nonprofit organizations once granted. If you would like a refund of funds donated to a nonprofit organization please ask the organization to reimbursed those funds to you directly. Please see more information about donation refunds here.
